Our Return/Refund Policy

Karina Ariana items purchased through the E-boutique are returnable or refundable in accordance with the Karina Ariana Return Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days to Karina Ariana without any re-stocking fees. You may also exchange it within 30 days of purchase at karinaariana.com. After 14 days if you do not wish to exchange it, you can return it for a 20% restocking fee. To qualify, merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty documents. Custom designed merchandise, special ordered jewelries or watches engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchange is offered via store-credit policy. Once the item(s) are returned, following the “Return Policy” guidelines, a Karina Ariana credit will be provided through your online account. If you do not have an account already, you will be asked to create one. Without an account, store-credit cannot be issued.

  • KarinaAriana.com purchases may only be returned via insured FedEx or UPS. E-boutique purchases cannot be returned to our New York storefront.
  • You can initiate a return from your online account. Log in to your karinaariana.com account, go to your recent order and select ‘Initiate a Return’.
  • Once you initiate a return you’ll receive a confirmation email with RMA number within 1 business day. Please print it and include it with your return package. Return cannot be processed without a RMA number.
  • Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise.
  • You are responsible for your return shipping cost. Please note, we only accept returns via UPS or FedEx and we strongly suggest adding insurance to your return package. Karina Ariana is not responsible if the return package is lost in shipping or becomes damaged.

Please Note

  • Your packing slip must be included with your return.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
  • We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return.

Karina Ariana is not responsible for merchandise that it is not received or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
